BACK TO WORK

Today I was back to work after being off for a week. I think I need a week to rest up after being busy last week. I also got tired of looking at a yellow back ground...........Thought I would do it in shade of red and green but that would require a little too much energy for today.

Work was busy, I was again in the GI Lab......Mostly stomach exams, I guess no one wanted their holiday weekend ruined by taking the Sodium Citrate, soft diet and trotting the bathroom this weekend.........I would not want to do that either.

After the rainy weekend it has gotten colder and there are flakes drifting down.....no accumulation that I know of. Emily is back to school tomorrow and Chuck will be back to work. Have you ever been to Venice? Emily sent me this link: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/picturegalleries/worldnews/3538914/Venice-under-five-feet-of-water-as-the-city-suffers-its-worst-floods-in-22-years.html Venice is one of my favorite cities. The art work in unbelievable and so is the entire city. I keep trying to make a new paragraph but the blog post will not let me do it. Guess I will sign off for now....................

  1. I feel just like you do - I had 5 days off but it was so busy that I didn't get any time to just relax!
Enjoy the rest of the week :-)

  2. I took five day off from working my business stuff and it was so wonderful. However, I can't seem to get back in the groove of things. Today might make day 6 of my mini vacation. ::sigh::

Hope you have a great week!

  3. I like the change on your Journal colors. Just as they are . I would not have wanted to drink that stuff either . I have had way to much of that in my lifetime.
    Thanks for visiting my blog.

  5. Hi Claudia, I appreciate your reading my blog so early in the morning. I also appreciate your comments about alcohol addiction. I have done everything for Marty and myself, he went through treatment when he was 17 while he was still home. I also know when to stop in order for me to keep my sanity. He moved to Texas with his wife and 2 boys 24 years ago. Since his marriage broke up he has had to be more responsible and works every day. I am sure this ismthe best it will get for him and his kids. Thanks again for your comments. When I speak of "MY" kids, that is because none of them are Joe's. Lucy
