This applies to able bodied people with their perpetual hands out.

This is as true today as it was in the late 1700.
I have to agree with that quote. I may be wrong but I personally , think more people could be working that are using the system. I feel if people would just try harder this economy would get better. I am neither Republican or Democrat so it is not political. It is my own personal feeling.
