Today is Chuck and my Anniversary. On this date 37 years ago, we were married. December had been cold and snowy. On this morning the temp was up to about 45 F and not a cloud in the sky. The sun was shining so brilliantly it hurt your eyes......
Why do some last and others do not. Is it because now people go into a marriage with the thought of I can leave when the going gets rough? There are moments in any partnership where you might feel like giving in, but the really tough partners will find a way to make it work.
So the only advice I have about marriage is "Teach him early when he is young and you won't have any trouble when he is old.."
